From its inception in 2002, the Chamber set a robust annual Calendar of Events that made it quickly into one of the most active business organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region. Also, it developed a strong tradition of making luncheon or dinner an opportunity to bring business people together to network, learn from one another and develop new business leads and opportunities for partnerships.
The MAHCC Small Business Development Institute (SBDI) is the Chamber's practical answer to the training needs of small-business owners and entrepreneurs who, due to their many business obligations, cannot afford to devote a great deal of time acquiring formal business training in semester-long college classes.
