At the heart of Ristorante La Perla is a core lunch and dinner menu developed by chef Vittorio Testa and based on authentic Italian recipes. Emphasis is placed on simple, fresh ingredients and Italian cooking methods. Fresh pastas are made in-house daily, and dried pastas are imported from Italy. All meals are complemented by a selection of hand-made breads baked according to traditional methods.

La Perla's core wine list is representative of all the major wine growing regions of Italy, and includes a smaller selection of domestic and other wines from the world. Ristorante La Perla offers a full bar, complete with a selection of amaros, grappas, ports, and uniquely Italian twists on classic mixed drinks.

La Perla creates a myriad of traditional breads from the simple palate of flour, water, yeast and salt. Only the finest and purest ingredients are used, and each bread and dessert is crafted by hand and sold fresh daily. The authenticity of La Perla recipes can be traced back to the original Southern Italian baking traditions opened in the Italian village of Forio, Ischia just outside of Naples. La Perla forms Italian breads and pastries on a daily basis, the foundation of the restaurant's essence.

For Chef Vittorio, food and cooking are his life. He is a thoughtful chef who can assemble ingredients and visualize the process in which flavors and textures will produce uncompromisingly stupendous food. He is, what a master chef should be. The heart of La Perla is Chef Vittorio's culinary masterpieces which are created in the high-end stainless steel kitchen, one of the largest stainless steel kitchens in the region!

If you ask if there is a special, Vittorio Testa will reply, "Everything is Special!" and that is the core of what the menu is about. Vittorio Testa showcasing his own personal palate and cooking style, are represented through the menu and it provides him the opportunity to exhibit his cooking mastery.
