Well known restaurateur Alex Stuart, formerly of Harvey\'s Restaurant, \"The Restaurant of the Presidents Since 1858\" in Washington, DC and and the Bottini family present \"Mangiare Bene\". As a privately owned and family operated business with authentic Italian roots, the quality of the cuisine is the first priority. As with Harvey\'s, only the finest and best ingredients are used. This makes our food qualitatively better than anything the chain restaurants can do, and the guests confirm this every day. Mangiare Bene means to \"eat well\", and as is often asked, the pronunciation is MON-JAR-A BEN-A. The chef and cooks were trained by those who attended the Mangiare Bene Culinary School in Italy. As a secondary concept under one roof, we offer a new nightclub in Gaithersburg after ten PM, which does not conflict in any way with our family dinner business, which is over early in this area. Unlike restaurants in DC, which start to get busy at 9 PM, our dinner business is generally over by then.
