El Pollo Sabroso is located in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood. We prepare young and cook our chickens the Peruvian way. Chickens aren seasoned and marinated in fresh herbs and condiments overnight and then slowly charbroiled in special ovens that are constantly turning over the chickens. The result is a juicy and tender but crispy meat with a delicious taste. Charbroiled chickens are sold whole or in half or quarter portions.  Side dishes such as fried yucca and plantain and rice and beans complete a satisfying meal.
