The parties consent to venue in the State of Maryland and to the jurisdiction of competent D.C. federal courts for all litigation, which may be brought with respect to the terms of, and the transactions and relationships contemplated by, these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the Site, and any waiver or modification is not effective unless in writing signed by both parties hereto. Termination. If we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, we may unilaterally terminate your access to the Site.
General. Notices given by the Chamber to you will be given by e-mail, or by a general posting on www.MAHCC.org, or by conventional mail. In any matter requiring Chamber's prior consent, such consent will be considered given only if made in the foregoing manner by an authorized representative of the Chamber.
